One meter multi card intelligent valve controlled water meter is a new type of water meter developed by our company based on intelligent water meters. It subverts the traditional application mode of one meter one card for valve controlled water meters, realizes the interactive management mode of one meter multiple cards and one card multiple meters, and meets the special application needs of customers. At the same time, the product can be equipped with a remote transmission module unit according to customer needs. The remote transmission communication unit achieves data remote transmission and control through a 4G private network, realizing remote management of the product.
A multi card intelligent valve controlled water meter can be connected between products through a communication unit. The smart water meter is connected to meter reading equipment, water company computing devices, and other devices through remote transmission modules to achieve functional control and monitoring of the water meter. It can realize real-time monitoring of the status of the smart water meter equipment and self diagnosis of fault alarms.

4.3. The remote communication unit adopts IoT water meter dedicated network technology, dedicated network and number transmission channel, and encryption algorithm certified by the National Security Bureau, ensuring stable and reliable communication.
4.4. It can be equipped with a built-in 4G chip, providing wider signal coverage and higher communication speed. The smart water meter can be directly connected to the server. Implement functions such as valve control, status monitoring, and data exchange for instruments.

6. Basic functions
6.1 Prepaid function: Users can purchase water first and then use it. If they owe the fee, the valve will be closed and the water will be stopped.
6.2. Multi card function of one meter: One water meter can be configured with multiple cards (unlimited).
6.3. Multi meter function on one card: One card can brush multiple water meters (unlimited).
6.4 External power supply: can be connected to 220V AC/solar panels.
6.5 Multi state recharge function: Users can recharge the card without using water, and the value on the card after recharging is the accumulated value of the balance plus the new recharge amount; Users can recharge their card during the water usage process, and after recharging, they need to swipe their card at the water meter that is currently in use. The water meter will display the cumulative amount of the remaining amount plus the new recharge value.
6.6. Pre payment function: Set the low usage amount in the card settings. If the low usage amount is set to 1 cubic meter, when the user swipes the card, 1 cubic meter of water will be deducted first. If the water usage exceeds 1 cubic meter, another 1 cubic meter will be deducted to accumulate (i.e., if the remaining amount in the card is less than 1 cubic meter, it will be charged as 1 cubic meter). When the remaining amount in the card is less than 1 cubic meter, the valve will not be opened and the user can continue to use it after recharging. If there is no pre deduction fee, set the low usage amount in the card to 0.
6.7 Automatic recognition function: The product only recognizes cards sold by designated units, and other cards display error codes.
6.8. User usage process: Please swipe your card before opening the valve to use water; After using water, if there is a manual valve, please close the manual valve first and then swipe the card.
7. Card swiping instructions
7.1 First, clear the card, erase all data in the table, restore the factory settings, and only display the cumulative usage at this time;
7.2. Swipe the settings card, set the table parameters, and display the remaining amount, current usage, and cumulative usage in a loop after swiping the card;
7.3. Brush the 4G parameter card, set the 4G parameters in the table, including whether 4G is enabled, mode selection (real-time online mode or timed reporting mode), reporting interval, main station IP, and port number;
7.4. Account opening can only be done after swiping the setup card, and recharge can also be made during account opening. After opening the transfer, the user ID will be displayed more frequently than in 2;
7.5. After flashing the settings card, the cards and tables in this system are incompatible with other systems and cannot be used interchangeably.
